4. Keys that have been used for less than 7 days qualify for a full, immediate refund.


5. For keys used beyond 7 days, a pro-rated refund will apply based on the remaining subscription time. Please provide a reason for your refund request, which will be evaluated by our administration team on a case-by-case basis to ensure fair judgment.


6. Full refunds are processed for cases where our products do not work as intended, and the issues persist despite assistance from our technical support team.


7. During periods of maintenance, we will extend your subscription to compensate for the maintenance period instead of providing refunds.


8. Refunds are not provided if you refuse assistance from our support team to resolve issues involving our products.
